The wines

For over 60 years now, Cantina Dorgali has been one of the leading names on the Sardinian wine-making scene. Located at the heart of the Classic Cannonau area, the winery produces wines that are a supreme expression of the local culture, history and traditions. Cantina Dorgali produces some of the very finest Cannonau DOC label wines, the quality of which is evident in the numerous awards received each year both in Italy and worldwide.
This grape variety is, to date, the most widely grown in Sardinia as a whole, and in the Dorgali area in particular. The monovarietal philosophy is adopted for all our red and white wines, and the only exceptions are to be found in the IGT label Isola dei Nuraghi wines, which feature a blend of Cannonau and other grape varieties and are able to boast quality levels that have nothing to envy the world’s most renowned wines.
