  • Maroneo, a special wine for conversation.

    • Wine for conversation, red garnet coloured with old-fashioned shade.
    • The olfactory analysis imparts a broad and rich aromatic range: ripe cherries, plums, sweet tobacco and cocoa beans, all surrounded by pleasant balsamic hints.
    • Its taste is sweet, generously warm, tasty and with a velvety, thick and Slightly creamy texture. A long and persistent aftertaste, closely recalls olfactory perception previously perceived.
    • It pairs well with blue cheese, fruit tart, chocolate dessert and mousse, sweet almond.

      Harvested in small, half-empty, picking baskets. Forced drying for more than 1 month, destemming and mashing in Tonneau together with skins for the first 3 days. Separation from the skins and final fermentation in Tonneau. Filling barrels.

      From 12 to 16 months in third-passage Barriques
