Kene Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Without Added Sulfites exalts Cantina Dorgali’care for the quality of its wines and the valorization of Dorgali’s territory. Kene is the results of the quality conscious and scrupulous work in the wineyard and during the winemaking process.
Thanks to the sustainable farming and attention and care in the Cellar Kene is vinifay without any sulfites added. Kene’s sulfites develop naturally during the fermentation process and do not exceed 10 mg liter. -
- Ruby- red colour with violet reflections
- Intense and ample bouquet. The nose delivers nuances of ripe red fruits and a spicy undertone with notes of Vanilla.
- In the mouth the wine is full, generous yet well balanced, fresh with supple tannins.

Fermentation in steel tank at controlled temperature (24°C) and maceration on the skin for 15 days. - Aging
5 month in stainless steel, wine contact on the lees and batonnage repeated every 15 days for prevent oxidations and add finesse and complexity.
2 month in oak barrels followed by 1 month of bottle aging.
